Patient

How can I pay my bill?

There are three ways you can pay your bill.

  • Call 1-800-635-6901 Ext. 1 and a representative can take your payment over the phone.
  • Mail payment using the envelope sent with your statement.
  • Pay online using the Patient Bill Pay

Why is Precision sending me a statement?

Precision will bill all insurances that are provided to us. Once insurance pays, Precision will determine if a patient has a co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductible based on the explanation of benefits (commonly referred to as an EOB form) which is a statement explaining what medical treatments and/or services were paid for on their behalf.

Do you bill insurance?

Yes, Precision is contracted with many national and local payers. We will bill all health insurances that are provided to us.

Who can I speak to about my patient statement?

I can’t afford my bill; do you offer payment programs?

Precision has programs that we will work with you on your balance after Insurance pays. We offer hardship, charity, prompt pay and other payment arrangements. Call our billing office and a representative can assist you.

How do I contact my rep?

How do I schedule a pickup?

To schedule a pickup, please call our Shipping Department by dialing 800-635-6901 Ext. 3.

How do I access patient results?

Precision Diagnostics offers multiple solutions for results access.

  • To receive assistance with obtaining another copy of a patient report, please contact our Clinical Support hotline at 1-800-635-6901 Ext. 2.
  • To obtain patient results online, please visit https://pdx.careevolve.com and enter your login credentials to view your Results Inbox. If you need assistance with creating or obtaining your login credentials, please contact our Clinical Support hotline at 1-800-635-6901 Ext. 2.
  • To access patient results via your Analytics access, please visit your Analytics page and visit the Results tab. If you would like more information about Analytics or how to request access to this feature, please contact our Clinical Support hotline at 1-800-635-6901 Ext. 2.

Is there a checklist to follow for processing specimen?

How do I enroll in PECOS?

MRFs

Anthem will publish the MRFs for the plans we administer and maintain and update them monthly. These files follow the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) defined layout and are in the CMS approved format (JSON) and are not meant for a consumer-friendly search of rates, benefits, or cost sharing. Please reach out to the Precision HR Department for this information.
